Refund Policy

As a small business, we plan our workshops carefully—including venue hire, catering, and materials—so we do have to stick to a firm refund policy.

● If you need to cancel 14 or more days before the workshop, we’ll refund your fee minus a 10% admin charge.

● If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund, as costs will already have been committed.

We understand that life happens, so if you’d like to transfer your place to someone else, just let us know—we’re happy to help where we can.

If we need to cancel a workshop due to low numbers or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund, or we can transfer your booking to a future date if you prefer (subject to availability).
