Our Event Guidelines (aka a few important things to know)

We’re all about creating great experiences—thoughtful conversations, real connections, and a space where everyone feels welcome. To make that happen, we’ve put a few simple guidelines in place for all our events, whether virtual or in person.

Be respectful.

We’re here to learn from each other. That only works if everyone shows up with curiosity, kindness, and respect. Differences in opinion are welcome; disrespect isn’t.

No selling, please.

We love hearing about innovative products and ideas—but Talent Table events are not the place for sales pitches. If you’re here as a partner or vendor, we ask that you contribute to the conversation thoughtfully, not promotionally.

This is a safe space.

We want every attendee to feel comfortable sharing ideas, asking questions, and being themselves. If anything makes you feel uncomfortable or out of place, let us know. We’ll handle it, no fuss.

Be present.

These events are what we make of them. Show up, lean in, share generously, and take the opportunity to build relationships. That’s where the magic happens.

What happens if someone crosses the line?

We rarely have issues—but if someone’s behavior doesn’t align with the spirit of the event, we’ll quietly and respectfully ask them to leave. No drama, just protecting the space for others.
